Moraira is a charming coastal town located on the Costa Blanca. It is known for its beautiful sand and pebble beaches, crystal clear waters and picturesque marina. The town has a picturesque old quarter with narrow streets, whitewashed buildings and traditional Spanish architecture. There are also plenty of stores, restaurants and cafes. Moraira is surrounded by lush green hills, vineyards and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
But the Costa Blanca offers more than just sun, sea and beach. Explore the hinterland, where you can hike along ancient footpaths or bike along climbing roads. Alicante and Valencia are an hour's drive away and well worth exploring.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet and is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden with gravel and trees.
The entire house has air-conditioning. Outside you have a (heated) swimming pool, surrounded with lounge, sun loungers and umbrellas. At the back of the garden is a pergola where it is nice to relax in the shade of the large palm tree. Under the covered terrace by the kitchen you can cook at the gas BBQ . For your general comfort, an alarm system and safe are provided.
In the cozy living room there is a smart TV with Dutch-language channels; the open kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, combi-oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and drying rack. Breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed in the kitchen at the bar table or in the living area at the cozy dining table.
